Funeral Services for Russell Lombardo will be Thursday, August 13, 10AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 12 from 6PM – 7:30PM at the Cullman Funeral Home Chapel. The Rosary will begin at 7:30PM. Interment will be at the Cullman City Cemetery. Father Patrick Eagan and Pastor Fred Rivers will officiate the services.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Lombardo was born October 17, 1936 to John Lombardo & Rose Gideon Lombardo and passed from this life on August 10, 2020 at his residence. He served his country in the US Army. He owned and operated Lombardo’s Pasta Bar for 21 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He never met a stranger.
Mr. Lombardo was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patty Willingham Lombardo; Sons, John (Sue) Lombardo, Chris (Carol) Lombardo, Luke (Jana) Lombardo; Daughter, Tiffani Lombardo (Chris) Reynolds; Grandchildren, Ashley (Michael) Leak, Anthony (Lacey) Reynolds, Alexis Lombardo, Victoria Lombardo, Racquel Lombardo, Eli Lombardo, Gideon Lombardo; Great-grandchildren, Zayden Calvert, Kirklyn Calvert, Brandon Leak, Ellavie Reynolds; and a host of family and friends.
