Runette Hester, age 85, of Albertville, passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Albertville Nursing Home.
Her funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 12, 2020 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Rev. Willis Kelley will officiate. Pallbearers will be the Deacons of Southside Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 12 until 2 before the service.
She is survived by her son, Tim Hester (Patches), grandchildren, Levi, Jesse and Luke Hester, sisters, Gwen Usry and Alline Davis (Junior), brother, Dwight Brown (Mary Ellen), and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Alton Hester, parents, Roy and Gladys Brown, brother, Graham Brown and sister, Maxine Knighten.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations be made to Southside Baptist Church and Shepherds Cove Hospice.
