Visitation will be Monday, November 2, 2020 from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, Alabama. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Brent Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Colby Luker, Clay Knight, Alex Elkins, Kody Adair & Dillon Adair.
Mr. Byrd is survived by his wife, Earnestine Aderholt Byrd; children, Sharon (Doyle) Elkins and Retina (Len) Clemons; siblings, Leda Mae Avery and Lacy Clay; grandchildren, Alex Elkins, Dillon Adair, Kody Adair, Clay Knight & Ashley Luker; great grandchildren, J.B. Elkins, Bently Adair, Colton Adair & Ellie Jo Price.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Clara Byrd; daughter, Karen Adair; sister, Daisy Sutherland; and grandson, Brad Elkins.
