Funeral services for Mr. Rudolph Usery, age 92, are scheduled for 2:00pm Sunday, February 5, 2017 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with burial to follow at Independence Cemetery. Mr. Usery passed away Saturday morning at Tennessee State Veterans Home in Humboldt, Tn. He was a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church, WW II Army Veteran and retired mechanic and enjoyed growing vegetables in the Blue Goose community. He was born May 17, 1924 in Henderson County, Tn. to the late Sim and Lizzie Ballard Usery. He was preceded in death by his wife- Carol Gurley Usery, granddaughter- Kelly Ann Usery, brother- JW Usery and sister-Edith Moody; Survivors include 2 sons- Kenny Usery and Ricky Usery (Becky), 1 grandson- Jason Usery (Suzanne) and 2 great granddaughters- Ally Pyles and Emma Caroline Usery.
