Funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Phillips Christian Methodist Episcopal Church (200 Davis Circle SW, Huntsville, AL 35801) with Dr. John L. Clay officiating. Interment will be in Valhalla Memory Gardens. Ms. Scruggs will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2016 at the Royal Chapel of Memories.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Friday, August 26, 2016 and 8:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Royal Funeral Home.
