Martha Brewster Farr, 91, Sheffield, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 16, at Grace Episcopal Church, Sheffield, beginning at 11:00 a.m. with Danielle Thompson officiating. A time of visitation with the family will begin immediately after the service.
Martha proudly served as a vestry member, member of the Altar Guild, and the Women of the Church at Grace Episcopal Church. She was a graduate of The University of Alabama and a member of Chi Omega Sorority. Martha received her Masters Degree from The University of North Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Claude Matthew and Marguerite Johnson Brewster; brother-in-law, Hugh Boyd Craig; and grandson, Claude Brewster McKinley.
Martha is survived by her children, Lucinda Farr, Carol Lee Libell (Gary), and Charles Brewster Farr (Tracey); sisters, Carol Brewster Craig; and grandchildren, David Parks McKinley, Jr., Emma Anne McKinley, and Charles Brewster Farr, Jr.
