Ruby Jewell Hearn, 87. passed away on Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home in Iuka. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Strickland (Tony); her son, Joe Parker (Beth); her sisters, Dolly Barrett and Faye Bonds; her brother, Charles Parsons (Phyllis); one grandchild; and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Gene Cooper and J.W. Hearn; her parents, Alfred and Edna McVay Parsons; two brothers, and two sisters. There will be no immediate services as a memorial service will be held at a later time. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with the arrangements.
