Ruby J. Hodges, 74, of Owens Cross Roads, passed away Thursday.
She was preceded in death by mother, Odell Thrower; father, Burnice Thrower; Brothers, RonnieThrower, and William Thrower; grandson, Timothy Joe Hodges.
Surviving are daughter, Tina Hodges (Rodney) Brannum; son, Chris Hodges; daughter, Anna (Jonathon Ransom) Hodges; grandchildren, Joseph and Jacob Brannum, Landen Kelly, Carley and Maeleigh Ransom, Nicholas Hodges, Kayla Simmons, Cat Hodges, Adalynn Grace Mosley, and Samantha Sanders; great-grandchildren, Brantley Joe Stevenson, Easton Chase Holt, and Donovan Lee Sanders; family friend, Jamie Sivley; brother, J.B. Thrower; sisters, Ruby Jo Freeman, Mary Jane Harbin, and Minnie Thrower.
Pallbearers will be, Joseph Brannum, Jacob Brannum, Johnathan Ransom, Dustin McCullars, Nicholas Hodges, and George Fouse.
Visitation will be Saturday 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home and Sunday 1:00 PM at Gurley Holiness Church. Services will be held at Gurley Holiness Church, Sunday at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mark Warren and Bro. Joe Ventress officiating.
Interment will be in the Trenton Cemetery.
