Ruby Elliott Broughm, 76, died July 3, 2015. Funeral will be noon Thursday at Macedonia CP Church in America in Decatur with burial in Flower Hill Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to the funeral. Public viewing will be Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Reynolds Funeral Home directing.
