Ruby Dean Johnson, age 91, Phil Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon Thursday, December 02, 2021 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The service will follow at noon in the chapel with Bro. Jim Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell Johnson; father of her children, Earl Cummings; son, Steve Cummings; daughter, Juanita Cummings; parents, Marion Thomas & Mary (Greenhill) Colburn; 5 brothers, and 4 sisters.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Carl Cummings (Carol), Melissa Cummings Green, Justin Cummings (Regina), Thomas Cummings (Judy), Ronnie Cummings, Minnie Oaks (Mikey), Alice Sartin (Byron), Kathy Johnson; 21 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers will be the grandsons & great-grandsons, David Oaks, Terry Oaks, Chris Fisher, Tony Green, Michael Green, and Teno Ramirez.
