Funeral service for Ruby Brown, 88, will be Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Joe Nuss officiating and Peck Funeral Home Directing. Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery in Falkville, AL. Visitation will be Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Ruby Brown went to her heavenly home on Thursday, March 31st. She was a dedicated Christian who faithfully attended Calvary Baptist church in Hartselle AL. Ruby was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her family and friends, she had a wonderful sense of humor, and was dedicated to helping others. She was happiest when she was in her kitchen cooking for all of he loved ones. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Brown was born on November 7, 1927 in Morgan County to William McNalley and Sarah Lillian Holmes. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Franklin Eugene Brown.
