Ms. Ruby Bowman, age 75 of Horton, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022 at Shepherd’s Cove Hospice of Marshall Co. A visitation will be held Saturday, February 12, 2022 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the chapel of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 11:00 am, also at the funeral home.
She is survived by Jack Bowman; daughter Carol Sims (William Stanford); sister Margarett Parker; grandchildren Johnny Sims, Chasity Stanford, and Joseph Stanford; and 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Buford “Red” and Jessie Parker; daughter Anita Gail Bowman; sons Lewis “Toodlum” Bowman, James Bowman, and Lynn Bowman; grandchild Melinda Rowell; great grandchild Clover Fant; sisters Mary Negrede, and Patricia Windsor; brothers James, GW, Wilson Ray, and William Parker.
