Ruby Alberta Kuehl, age 89 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at The Waters of Winchester. She was born in Morrison, IL on September 4, 1932 to the late John Henry and Katie Jacobs Bills. When she was younger, she liked to go camping with her family. After she retired from Morrison Community Hospital in Morrison, IL, she enjoyed a simple life. She loved to take a Sunday drive, plant flowers in her garden or read a good book. She will be remembered as easy going and a loving mother. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Keuhl and siblings, infant brother and Daisy Marie Reynolds. She is survived by her children, Kathryn (Clyde) Sisk of Belvidere, Virginia Gilliam of Hudson, FL, Susan Kuehl of Muscatine, IA, and Jerry Bagby of Dover, DE; sister, Mary Schipper of Morrison, IL; nine grandchildren; several step-grandchildren; a host great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A special thank you to the caring staff at The Waters of Winchester and Avalon Hospice for the care and support that Mrs. Ruby received.
