Roy W. McCartney, age 95 of Franklin, TN passed away August 30, 2025. He was formerly employed by Williamson County. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Shirley A. McCartney; daughter, Margaret Grace Castle; numerous grandchildren. No services will be held at this time.
