Roy Kent Thompson, 68, of Huntsville, passed away Tuesday, January 5.
He was a member of Oak Park Baptist Church.
Roy is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Sherry Thompson; son, Troy Adair Thompson (Amy Danylo Thompson); grandson, Lucas Wyatt Thompson; and his siblings, Gail Birdsong, Frank Thompson (Teresa), Rodger Thompson (Kathy), Debbie Penney, and Don Thompson (Linda). He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Rosie Thompson.
A graveside service will take place Saturday, January 9 at 11 a.m. at Maple Hill Cemetery with Brother Alan Crawford officiating.
