Roy Eugene Lynch, 69, died Friday evening, December 4, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
He was born January 29, 1949 in Cumberland City, TN the son of the late William Bert and Anna Mae Carter Lynch. He was a house painter most of his career and later drove a farm truck for farmers. The focus of his life was his family and mainly his grand babies. He was a true family man. Loving them and standing by them all. He never met a stranger, he loved and lived life to the fullest.
Roy is survived by his children Roy Neal Lynch, JoAnn Lynch, Lana Clark (Jeremy), Angela Boone (Chris), William Lynch, grandchildren, Daisha Cooksey, Josiaha Lynch, Jayla Lynch, Sarah Clark, Alex Clark, Emily Clark, Alyssa Lynch, Gavin Lynch, Ashley Boone, Ian Lynch, great grandchild, Einnodia Cooksey, and life partner Sharon Lynch. He was preceded in death by his parents and son Tommy Lynch.
SERVICES: Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 6, 2019 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Arrington Funeral Directors with Dr. John Enoch officiating. The family will be receiving friends from 12:00PM until service time at 2:00PM. Interment services will be held Monday, December 7, 2019 at 11:00AM at Downs Cemetery in Cumberland City, TN.
