Memorial service for Roy Edward Kelley III, 34, will be Friday, February 5, 2016 at 5:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Peck Funeral Home directing. No Visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Kelley died on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born May 30, 1981, in California to Roy Edward Kelley, Jr. and Anna Marie Tagle, who preceded him in death. He was a good man and a good deputy, who loved his family deeply.
