RET 1SGT Roy Dewayne Strout passed away on Friday, June 5, 2020. You may visit with the family on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 1:00pm until 2:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Funeral Services, officiated by Pastor Aaron Armstrong will begin at 2:00pm in Valhalla’s Chapel. Interment, with Full Military Honors will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Garden of Valor.
