Roy Buford Howell, 87, passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. Services will be on Saturday October 28 at 2 PM at The Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday October 28 from 11 AM to 2 PM at The Ripley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at New Salem Cemetery.
