Rosetta Landers, 95, of Athens, passed away on Friday, March 24th, 2023, at Limestone Health and Rehab. Mrs. Landers was born on June 30th, 1927, to William Pike and Bessie Worthy Pike.
Mrs. Landers is survived by Brenda L. McGlocklin; granddaughter Kristin McGlocklin; her fur baby Miss Prissy; along with several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Landers is preceded in death by her parents; husband Melvin “Mac” Landers; sisters Clara Crafts, Eula Crafts, Effie Balch, Lucille Hillard, Willie Wagnon; Brothers T.J Pike, J.D Pike, Thomas Pike, and Lester Pike
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 29th, 2023, at Tuck Family Cemetery, at 1:00 p.m., with Jimmy Crafts officiating.
In Lieu of Flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Limestone County.
Mrs. Landers loved her family, close friends, and her precious fur baby Miss Prissy. She enjoyed shopping, planting flowers and traveling.
Mrs. Landers was a member of Market Street Church of Christ.
