Rosemary Bundy passed away at the age of 99 on May 1, 2024. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and in 1948 she married Lt. Robert Bundy. Bob and Rosemary made Huntsville their permanent home in 1972 after 31 years of military life. Her children and grandchildren will always recall her ingenuity and selfless acts. She will be remembered as a loving Mom, Grandma, and Great-Grandmother.
Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband Bob of 64 years, and her sons Bernard and Michael. Survivors include her daughters Trish (Al) Bransdorfer of Holland, Michigan, and Kathy Staggs, daughters-in-law Rebecca Bundy and Sharon Bundy; grandchildren Amanda (Paul)
White, Carolyn (Pat) McDonough of Auburn, Alabama, Billy Staggs of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Erik (Jordan) Bransdorfer of Sparta, Michigan, Beth Bransdorfer of Holland, Michigan, Nichole Bundy, Heather Bundy (Isaac Kirby); great-grandchildren Robert and Andy White, Sawyer, Greyson and Finley McDonough, Liam and Cole Bransdorfer, Blayze Bundy and Ledger Kirby. She
is also survived by her sister-in-law Shirley Williamson of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Visitation will be Monday, May 6th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home, followed by a mass at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, May 7th
, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
