Rosa Lee Sumerel Snider, age 80, of Russellville, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021 at her residence.
Rosa Lee was a member of West Highland Baptist Church. She had worked many years as a dispatcher for the Police Dept.
A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Knights of Pythias Cemetery. Bro. Heath McCarley will officiate the service.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Maxwell Paul Snider; son, Jeffrey Wade Snider, parents, John & Lena Sumerel; and brother, John Sumerel, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her brothers, Bobby Sumerel (Linda), Kenny Sumerel (Bobbie Sue); and nephews, Jamie Sumerel, Michael Sumerel, and Joel Wade Sumerel.
The family would like to extend a sincere thanks to the nurses and staff of North Alabama Hospice and to the caregivers that helped the family with their love and care.
