Ronnie “Red” Potter, age 66 of Boaz passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Marshall Medical Center South.
His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. He will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery. Bro. Shannon Pullen will officiate his service. Pallbearers will be Charlie Potter, Brody Potter, Nick Mashburn, Earl Helton, Dawson Brasher and Darrell Nicholson. Honorary pallbearers will be Rickey Cash and Chloe Brasher.
He is survived by his daughter; Amanda Potter, granddaughter; Trinity Skinner, brothers; Mike Potter and Tim Potter (Vicki). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; Christie Vinson, Cassie Baugh (Darrick), Charlie Potter (Alesha), LaShae Henderson (Matt), Brody Potter (Whitney) and Maleah Alldredge (Brian), a host of great-nieces, great-nephews and special friend; Lisa Bowman.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Marion and Dorothy Potter and his sister-in-law; Libby Potter.
