Ronnie Ray Earley, age 65 of Bremen, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at UAB Hospital.
Ronnie grew up in the Birmingham area. He retired from American Cast Iron Company in Birmingham after 35 years where he made some life long friends. Ronnie enjoyed retirement on the family farm, spending time with his children, grandchildren, family and friends. Hobbies included working on cars and equipment.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Addington Chapel Methodist Church, he will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Addington Chapel Cemetery. Jonathan Freeman will officiate.
Mr. Earley was preceded in death by his Parents-James and Jewel Earley; 4 Sisters and 4 Brothers.
He is survived by his Wife of 42 years-Remona Freeman Earley; Son-Jeff Earley (Robin); Daughter-Amy Penney (Michael); Grandchildren-Hayden Goodwin, Houston Goodwin, Emmylou Earley, Colton Penney, Charley Rae Penney; Sister-Linda Foster (Jerry); Brother-Jimmy Davis; A host of nieces and nephews.
