Mr. Ronie Clay Simmons “Ron”, age 70 of Albertville, passed away Saturday, August 06, 2022. A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 pm at Adams Brown Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 11:00 am at Free Life Worship Center of Boaz, with Brother Jeff Stanford officiating. Mr. Simmons will lie-in-state from 10:00 am till the time of service. Burial will follow at Martling Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife Judy Tucker Simmons; son Shane Simmons (Angie); grandchildren Bryse Simmons, Wyatt Simmons, Crystal Morgan (Adam, and Jessica Taylor (Sam); great grandchildren Cason Morgan, Emily Taylor, and Addison Taylor; sister Linda Holsonback Tolbert; sister-in-laws Jimmie Norton, Kathy Williams, Patsy Kepler (Lee), and Donna Ennis (Rickey); brother Tony R. Simmons (Sandra); and brother-in-law James J. Tucker (Phyllis).
Mr. Simmons was preceded in death by his parents AC Simmons and Juanita Simmons; brothers Bobby Simmons (Mary Jo) and Tommy Simmons (Jo Ann); and brother-in-law Kenneth Holsonback.
Pallbearers will include Eric Kepler, Jon Kepler, Jared Kepler, David Simmons, Jason Simmons, Adam Simmons, Terry Tucker, Jeff Henry, Jeremy Ennis, and Justin Ennis.
The family will be accepting flowers or donations can be made to Free Life Worship Center, kids ministry.
