Ronald Wayne Morrison, age 67, passed away peacefully at the “Tut” Fann Veteran’s home in Huntsville, Alabama on May 17, 2016 after over a two year battle of dementia. He was raised in Salem, New Hampshire and attended Bentley University in Boston, Massachusetts. He served for two years in the U.S. Army, including one year in Vietnam. Before coming to Huntsville, he resided in Salem, Oregon and worked for Home Depot as an appliance salesman. Mr. Morrison was preceded in death by his parents, John and Edith Morrison. He was the beloved brother of his surviving brothers; John (Rebecca Zugaro) Morrison, Kenneth (Kathleen Hogan) Morrison and James Morrison. Survivors also include his two children: Wayne and Marissa Morrison. Mr. Morrison attended Capshaw Baptist Church. He and his family were especially grateful for the great care provided by the workers at “Tut Fann” and Regency Retirement Village. No services are planned at this time.
