Mr. Ronald “Silver Streak” Currie, age 72 of Albertville passed away at Marshall Medical Center North, Wednesday, September 09, 2020. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020, at Baltimore Ave. Church of God at 2:00 pm, with Bro. Morrell Upchurch & Bro. Aaron Richards officiating, the family will receive friends from 11:00 am till the time of the service, burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. He is survived by his wife; Judy Currie, daughters; Mischa Partridge (Ernie), Amy Landers (Jarrod), Emily Lynn (Jonathan), grandchildren; Brock Partridge (Autumn), Lauren Robertson (Cody), Trevor Landers, Courtney Partridge, Jaxon Landers, Will Lynn, Cathryn Lynn, Natalie Kate Lynn, Andrew Lynn, great-grandchildren; Amelia Partridge, Barrett Robertson, sister; Helen Morrison, brothers; James Currie (Lanette), Donald Currie (Joyce). He was preceded in death by his parents; Herman & Dora Currie, sister; Orella Standford. The Currie family along with the staff of Adams Brown Service Funeral Home remind anyone in attendance to keep in mind the current guidelines and restrictions set forth by the C.D.C. as it pertains to social gatherings including social distancing, gathering limits, and face masks.
