Ronald “Ronny” was born in Boynton Beach, Florida, to Nancy Goodwin and Bobby Lindley. He was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida, by Louise Fricks (Aunt) and C.R. Fricks (Uncle).
He worked as a cook and laborer. He loved music, singing and playing his guitar. He had a great sense of humor and quick with a smile when he met you.
He resided in Madison, Tennessee, and is survived by his sister, Tammy Dettman and brother-in-law, John Dettman; nephew, John Cody Dettman; niece, Ellen Dettman, all of Galt, California; two brothers, John A. Lindley of Decatur and Jodey Poole of Thomasville, North Carolina; many cousins, aunts and uncles of Alabama and Florida.
