Ronald Roger Cagle

Ronald Roger Cagle, age 69, Haleyville, AL. passed away Monday December 7, 2020 at his home. He served in the Army National Guard, was a retired Longwall Supervisor in the coal mining industry, having worked for Chevron, Drummond and Jim Walter and was a member of Ninth Avenue Church of Christ.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 9, 2020 from 11:30AM – 1:00PM at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville, AL. Funeral service at 1:00PM in the chapel, with Andy Kizer and Vance Hutton officiating. Burial to follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Gail Cagle; daughter, Mandy (Shawn) Townsend; 3 sister and 1 brother, Sue Cavender, Charles Cagle, Diann Evers and Darlene Poe; grandchildren, Cierra (Adam) Lawler, Payten (Blake) Franks, Reece Townsend, Brantley Cagle and Gunner Cagle; great grandchildren, Eliza Jane Lovett, Lacey Mae Lawler, Danie Kate Franks and Faith Anne Smith; a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wallace and Ethelene Cagle; son, Scottie Lee Cagle; brother, Bobby Cagle.
