On Monday May 4, 2020, Ronald R. Shaw, loving husband and father of two passed away at the age of 63. He was born on March 30, 1957 in Nashville, Tennessee to Richard and Helen (Bridgeforth) Shaw.

He attended North High School in Nashville where he received a football scholarship to Morris Brown University in Atlanta, Ga. He later transferred to MTSU where he met his future wife, Mary Wright.

On September 9, 1981, he made Mary his wife. To this union, two sons were born, Ronald Shaw Jr. and Johnathan B. Shaw. He loved his little family with all his heart and soul.

He was employed at Wegmann Automotives as a Production Supervisor. He was an employee of the company for 39 years.

Ronald had a passion for golf. He loved attending the Tennessee Titans games and he was a lover Jazz music.

He and his family attended World Outreach in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He loved the Lord and the beautiful beaches that He created.

He leaves behind to mourn his death his devoted wife and two sons, the Bridgeforth Family of Athens and Tanner Alabama, whom he loved dearly, also a host of cousins, close family friends and co-workers.

Ron was preceded in death by his father, Richard Shaw and his mother, Helen Brigeforth Shaw.

The Shaw family will receive guests from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at Scales & Sons Funeral Home 314 East State Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130

Graveside service and interment will be 12:00 noon, Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Beulah Land Cemetery, Athens, Alabama.
