Mr. Pulaski passed away Sunday August 3, 2025, at Alamo Nursing and Rehab Center.
Mr. Pulaski was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lucille Emma (Mueller) Pulaski.
Mr. Pulaski is survived by a sister, Arline Elliot (Bill) and a nephew, Edward Mincy.
