Ronald Alexander Pollard, age 75, of Huntsville, died on Monday July 21, 2014.
Mr. Pollard worked as a mechanic at Bush Tire Co. for 30 plus years. He was also involved in the bus ministry at Northside Baptist Church. Mr. Pollard was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Dale Pollard; and his parents, U. L. “Tom” and Hazel McBride Pollard.
Mr. Pollard is survived by his wife, Mary Pollard; his daughters, Teresa Pollard Veeneman and Sherri Pollard Elvin; his sisters, Brendal Parsley and Jannette Jones; his grandchildren, Bobby Dale Simmons, Andrew Elvin, and Braeden Elvin; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Mae Simmons and Luca Angelo Simmons.
Funeral services will be on Friday July 25, 2014 at 2pm in the chapel of Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville with burial to follow in Huntsville Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on that day from 12pm until 2pm at the funeral home.
