Roger Wayne Staggs, age 67, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Monday, August 24, 2020 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN and a self-employed truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus and Lairean Brewer Staggs; two brothers, Rayburn Staggs and Leo Staggs; and three sisters, Hazel Gower, Melinda Jackson, and Brenda Staggs.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Staggs of Chicago, IL; one daughter, Kim White of Lawrenceburg, TN; three brothers, Rickey Staggs, Rex Staggs, and Ray Staggs, all of Lawrenceburg, TN; three sisters, Sandie Kilburn of Westpoint, TN, Debbie Garland of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Judy Sittman of Sinking Spring, PA; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces; nephews; special friend, Gina Calvert of Lawrenceburg, TN; and a host of friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Deerfield Cemetery at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 26, 2020, with Tony Gordy officiating.
