Funeral services for Mr. Roger Tart, age 67, are scheduled for 2 PM on Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Independence Cemetery. Mr. Roger passed away at his home, with his loving family by his side on Friday November 23, 2018. He was born March 14, 1951 in Lexington, TN to the late. B.D. and Clara Mae Daniels Tart. He was the owner and operator for Tart’s Backhoe Service. Mr. Roger loved helping people in his community, joking around with others, and spending time with his grandchildren. Roger was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Tart. Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Mrs. Barbara Hampton Tart, son, Dustin Tart (Shonna), daughters, Michelle (Shannon) Douglas, and Misty (Rowdy) Rhodes, brothers; Lowell Tart (Peggy), Weldon Tart (JoAnn), and Bill Tart (Janice), sister, Connie (Ronnie) Crowder, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
