Mr. Roger Glenn Stewart, age 74, of McMinnville, TN passed away on Sunday, February 01, 2026 at his residence. He was born on September 24, 1951 in McMinnville, TN to Frank James Stewart and Allene Ames Stewart. He was an honorary, devoted employee at SHIROKI North America, Inc. in Smithville, TN and was an active member at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Hwy 8. In his earlier life, he enjoyed being on the lake or standing on a creek bank fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, son Roger Glenn Stewart, Jr., and brothers Frank Stewart, Ronnie Stewart, Ralph Stewart, and Lindsey Stewart.
He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Glenda Sue Stewart, children Sherry (Jimmy) Melson, Dennis Stewart, and step-daughter Angela (Eddie) Merriman, siblings Dail Simmons and Melvin (Tammy) Stewart, grandchildren Roger Glenn Stewart, III and Gage McKenzie Stewart, step-grandchildren Kayla (Blaine) Adams and Katie (Will) Graham, and step great grandchildren Crew Adams, Christian Adams, and Carver Adams.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at Hwy 8, 1015 Harrison Ferry Rd., McMinnville, TN 37110. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
