Roger Dale Welch (The Ice Cream Man), 59, of Russellville, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Russellville Hospital.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2012 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 01, 2012 at Spry Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at Belgreen Cemetery.
He is survived by his son, Shannon Welch (wife, Christy), Angela Hart (husband, Larry); grandchildren, Jasmine Tharpe, Brianna Welch, Shane Welch, Tanner Hart, Douglas Rainwater; mother, Becky Clark Welch; siblings, Roy Welch (wife, Kay), Helen Nichols (husband, Eddie), Julie Black, Gail Edwards (husband, Bobby Ray); and a host of nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife, Betty Jean Nichols Welch and father, Urshel Welch.
Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.
