Roger Dale Reeves, age 79 of Empire, passed away on Thursday November 28, 2024. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Judy Reeves; parents, Hoyt and Irene Reeves; brothers, Darryl, Herschel, and Ralph Reeves; sister, Rebecca Baugn.
He is survived by daughters, Tracy W. Smith, Lonna Mann; step-son, Jerome Cordell; grandchildren, Trey White, Andreana Mann, Corey Cordell, Thomas Mann and James Mann; great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Layne White; and he is also survived by his furever companion, Sofie.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday December 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of New Horizon Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Johnson officiating. Interment will follow the service at New Horizon Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. The family would like to thank his primary caregivers Nina Frink and John Frink who Roger referred to as the son he never had.
