Funeral service for Roger Dale Hill, 71, will be Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Mount Tabor Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, September 26, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Hill died on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born October 30, 1953, in Morgan County, to Vernon Hill and Syble Yvonne Carpenter Hill.
He was employed as a Washroom Foreman for Cintas, prior to his retirement. He was a Big Alabama Football Fan and really enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife- Nancy Wood Hill, his parents, and a brother- Larry Hill.
Survivors include:
Daughter – Amanda Hill (Dallas),
Brothers – Jimmy Hill (Patricia),
Barry Hill, and
James Hill,
Sister – Teresa Hollingsworth (Bobby),
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hill, Barry Hill, James Hill, Andrew Wood, Mark Morgan, and Robert Vogt.
