Roger “Butch” David McGough, age 63 of Lynn, Alabama passed away December 28, 2021 at his residence. He was retired from the United States Navy, and from the U. S. Postal Service and a member of New Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church. He loved to travel and moved to new areas out of the love of traveling.
Roger “Butch” David McGough, age 63 of Lynn, Alabama passed away December 28, 2021 at his residence. He was retired from the United States Navy, and from the U. S. Postal Service and a member of New Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church. He loved to travel and moved to new areas out of the love of traveling.
Visitation will be Friday, December 31, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon at New Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Nauvoo, Alabama. The funeral will be at 12:00 Noon at the church with John Humphres and Chris Pschirer officiating. Burial will follow in New Oak Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cory Terry, Garrett Pschirer, Riley Humphres, Doug Jones, Austin Stephenson, Richard McGough and Ryan Cagle.
Mr. McGough is survived by his wife, Rhonda McGough; and daughter, Amanda McGough; and son, Richard McGough.
He is preceded in death by his parents, A.C. McGough and Willodean Aronson; and sister, Hilda Music.
