Roger Alexander Presley Sr. age 69, and Martha Sharon Presley, age 67, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016. Visitation will be Sunday, April 3, from noon until 2 p.m. at Spry-Williams Funeral Home of Florence. The service will follow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Brother Steve Slatton and Brother Greg Beasley officiating. Burial will be at New Bethel Cemetery in Colbert County.
Preceding them in death were their son, Billy Presley, and Martha’s brother, David Wright.
Survivors include their children, Robert Peters Jr., Roger A. Presley Jr., Wayne Peters, Sharon Permenter, Roger M. Presley, and Joshua Presley. Roger is survived by one sister and four brothers. Martha is survived by two sisters and four brothers. They have 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
