Mr. Abbott is survived by 1 daughter, Amy Tucker; 4 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Cynthia (Kenneth) Price, and Kimberly Asencio; and 2 brothers, Cary Lee Abbott, and J.K. Abbott, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
