Robin "Rob" Lee Noblett Profile Photo Robin “Rob” Keith Noblett, 61, died at his residence April 24, 2024. He was born in Aiken, SC to William Carlton and Gerry Ellenburg Noblett on August 28, 1962.

Robin lived and worked in Winston County his entire life.  He attended Double Springs Elementary School and Winston County High School.

 

He dedicated the majority of his adult life to working for the town of Double Springs. As a skilled rock mason and landscaping caretaker, he played a vital role in the beautification of his hometown. Robin’s commitment and passion for his work were evidenced by the many accolades and awards he received throughout his career– in particular, the Town Beautification Award presented by the Double Springs Study Club.

 

Robin was an ardent fan of Crimson Tide football, enjoyed traveling with Rita to the Gulf Coast, spending time with his family, buying and selling antiques and cars, and four-wheeling through the forest. His kind-hearted nature and endless generosity will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

 

He was predeceased by his parents, his brother Danny, and his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife Rita; brother John (Jolene); sister Nancy (Julie); his nieces Holley, Hannah and Harper.

 

A memorial service for Robin will be held in mid to late June.
