Robin Lea Poole entered heaven on July 22, 2018. Robin is now free from pain and in the arms of her loving Savior. Robin was greeted in heaven by her two beloved dogs, Freeway and Baby, that preceded her in death. Robin was born on June 24, 1962 in Montgomery, Al. She was lucky enough to be born into a military family and spent her childhood living in exotic places such as Portugal and Japan. Robin moved with her family to Decatur Al when her father retired from the Air Force in 1975. She was a 1980 graduate of Hartselle High School. After high school Robin attended the University of Tennessee where she graduated in 1989. She loved Tennessee so much that she remained there after graduation. Robin was a huge fan of the Tennessee Volunteers football team. She attended many games with her many friends and loved to tailgate. Robin leaves behind a loving father, Ted Russell, mother, Jackie, sister, Connie, brother, Russ, nephew, Spencer, and niece Kristina and her beloved dog Willie. Robin will be greatly missed by her family who loved her deeply and by her many relatives and friends. We all miss you my sweet Robin! Visitation for Robin will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, Decatur, Alabama. Graveside service will be Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Roselawn Cemetery, Robin will be laid to rest will at Roselawn Cemetery, Decatur, Alabama.
