Roberta Elrod, 85 years of age, passed away on January 1st, 2022. Roberta was born in Pulaski,
Tennessee on January 6th, 1936.
In 1953, she married Jesse Sewell Pierce. Roberta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. She worked most of her adult life as a seamstress. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 6th, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
Funeral Service will follow at 1:00pm in the Chapel.
Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery.
She is preceded in death by her husbands, Jesse Sewell Pierce and Waymond Elrod, daughter, Judy Ann Turman, her twin brother and five siblings.
She is survived by,
Daughter, Vickie Jo (Virgil) Howard of Sheffield, AL.
Son, Jesse Sewell (Nancy) Pierce, Jr. of South Carolina.
7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren
Special cousin Martha Flanagan of Rogersville, AL. also survives.
