Pallbearers will be Chris Bankston, Randy Sweet, Paul Keblaitis, Danny Burleson, Dan Rose. Christian Bankston will be an honorary pallbearer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Cooper Bankston; parents, George W. & Mae Bankston; sister, Georgia Scribner.
He is survived by 2 sons, Uthell (Alice) Bankston, Timothy (Judith) Bankston; 5 grandchildren, Randy (Pam) Sweet, Christopher (Kim) Bankston, Ginger (Danny) Burleson, Christian Bankston, Paige (Angelo) Mancuso; 5 great grandchildren, Nicholas Sweet, Brad Sweet, Ella Grace Rose, Alexandra Sims, Sydnee Bankston; a host of nieces & nephews.
He was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church, Muscle Shoals; and was a WWII Army veteran.
