Robert Paul Dugar, 80, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday at Piney Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Cypress Inn, Tennessee. The funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He was the husband of Loretta Littrell Dugar, of Lutts. Shackelford Funeral Home, Waynesboro, Tennessee, is directing.
