Robert Leslie Worley, Jr., 59 of Athens, passed away on Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Worley was born on July 25th, 1962, to Robert Leslie Worley, Sr. and Letitia Lanier Worley.
Mr. Worley is survived by his son Robert Worley, III; daughter McKenzie Worley; grandchildren Camille, Zachary, Zaylen, and Dean; and sister Debbie Lemire.
A memorial service for Mr. Worley will be Monday, April 4th, 2022, at 6:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Jimmy Hinkle officiating. The family will receive visitors from 4:00-6:00pm Monday.
Robert was a big Alabama fan! He was a wonderful father, loved to spend time with his grandkids, and even the friends of his grandkids called him grandpa. He had the ability to make people laugh even when the joke wasn’t funny. He was very loving and caring of his family and friends and will be sorely missed.
