Mr. Robert Lakin Lambert, Jr. age 62 of Athens, AL passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Athens Limestone Hospital. Mr. Lambert was born on August 28, 1957 in Decatur, AL to Robert Lakin Lambert and Janie Thomas Lambert.
Mr. Lambert is survived by his wife, Mary Beth Lambert of Athens, AL; sons, Jeremy Lambert and Jake Lambert (Amber) both of Athens, AL; mother, Janie Thomas Lambert and father, Robert Lakin Lambert. of Athens, AL; sister, Lora Warren (Lance) of Decatur, AL; grandchildren, Collin Lambert, Paizlee Lambert and Raylan Lambert.
Mr. Lambert was an Army Veteran and a member of Lindsay Lane Baptist Church. He was loved by his grandchildren.
There will be a graveside service at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Roselawn Cemetery with Pastor Dusty McLemore officiating. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Lindsay Lane Baptist Church.
