Robert Earl Allen, age 67 of Franklin, TN passed away May 18, 2019. Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Virgil Allen and Norma Lee Simmons Allen. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Teresa Deason Allen; daughters, Chelsea (Andrew) Capley, Randalyn Allen and Brittney Allen; brothers, Curtis (Cheryl) Allen, Michael Allen and Douglas Allen; sisters, Connie Ensey and Marilyn Allen; grandchildren, Braydon, Caylee, Daniel Capley and Zayven Lee Allen-Reed. Services will be scheduled at a later date in Bedford County. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Robert Earl Allen Memorial Fund.
