Robert E. “Bobby” Bright, age 84, of Albertville, passed away Sunday at his home.
His funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at Albertville Memorial Chapel with entombment to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. Rev. Harold Baugh, Rev. Chris Reaves and Rev. Randy Dorsett will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Ricky Holland, Ronny Dobbins, Jason Kirkland, Randall Buchanan, Jeff Sims and Danny Alldredge.
Visitation will be from 10:30 until the time of service.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Sue Isbell Bright, daughter, Cynthia Head (Danny), son, Bo Bright, grandchildren, Rob Bright (AnnaLee) and Sam Bright (Anna), brothers and sisters, Nadine DeBerry, Carol Beck, Hazel Trussell (Gaither), Felton Bright (Tonya) and Elton Bright (Rhonda), sister-in-law, Judy Isbell Shirley and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Irey and Annie Bright, brother, Irey Bright, Jr. and sister, Ruth McDonald.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shepherds Cove Hospice, Marshall Medical Foundation or Pleasant Hill No. 2 Baptist Church.
